Having lived through it, I know for a fact that menopause and midlife are more than just physical changes, hot flashes, hormones, or herbs. It is a mind-body-spirit revolution that brings a great opportunity for growth.
So, if you’re interested in something bigger, if you’re interested in the idea of discovering who you really are and embarking on the adventure that will allow your true, most attractive self to show up in the world… well then, I think you didn’t just stumble onto this site.
It’s taken me over 12 years to refine what I really do as a Wellness Educator and Spiritual Life Coach (I began a part-time spiritual counseling practice in 1994 after graduating from The New Seminary).

My guiding beliefs
There is a Power, an invisible field of energy, within each of us and our minds are always connected to it. It has become clear to me that accessing this power relieves so much of the work of striving to fulfill desires by sheer force of will. I call it being inspired.
Mastering self-awareness is the first step in creating what you want. Each day I continue to learn who I really am, and how I can change the old patterns of emotion and behavior that make me unhappy. In fact it’s my passion for understanding who I really am and how I can live the fullest most contented life, that I bring to my clients every day.
The Law of Attraction isn’t a fancy term; it is real and through it we attract to our life anything we give energy, focus, or attention to, whether wanted or unwanted. Through learning about this law, I’ve learned how the universe really works and in turn, how to create the proper environments to allow my desires to flow into my life.
How I work
I call what I do coaching only because it is a terminology easy for people to digest. Most coaching has to do with establishing goals and setting time tables to achieve them. I don’t do anything like that.
My “coaching” focuses on two areas:
To help you feel better in your body
Creating a healthier YOU is very important because the better you feel, the more you will use your energy to produce outstanding results in other areas of your life.
The process requires you to understand your own body, learn to listen to the signals, experiment, uncover and discover what works best for your specific body type in order to create a way of living and eating that’s right for your body and your overall life.
To help you raise your level of awareness and gain true guidance
Why is awareness important and what is awareness? Awareness is truth. When you are aware, you allow yourself to connect with your deepest desires. You become YOURSELF… not some projection of who you think you should be, or who you’ve been taught to be, or the beliefs that placed on you. YOURSELF.
Removing blocks and gaining true guidance begins with mindfulness – with you being awake and fully aware in the moment. This is a practice that brings you inner peace. Awareness and living in the moment is how you experience satisfaction in all areas of your life.
To that end:
I work with you to help you identify and repair the unconscious beliefs that may be blocking your progress. Changing belief systems is central to making any real and lasting change in life.
I don’t give much advice, but I do offer a different point of view and guide you to gain clarity. To give advice sends a number of disempowering messages such as: 1) you can’t make your decisions,2) you can’t trust yourself, 3) you’re not good enough to do this on your own. So, I stay away from giving advice.
I create space and hold the space for you to take charge of your life. I choose not to be your cattle prod or accountability service. I do want to support you to take actions.
I appreciate that you are an individual. I listen to you: what's important, what your priorities are, what challenges you are facing and how you want things to be different.
My strategies are flexible. Different clients need different things at different times. The program and strategies have in-built flexibility to ensure maximum relevance and 'do-ability'.
I am as committed to having fun as I am to getting results. In fact, I believe that you get better results when you do have fun.
