Personal One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching, in person or via telephone, is available on a preliminary three month coaching retainer. However, from experience I find that working with me for six months works best. For the record, the majority of clients I work with stick around for at least a year.

If the session will be done over the telephone. You call me for your session time from the comfort of your home, office or where ever your travels take you.
If we are meeting in person, my New York City office is located on 54th and 7th Avenue.

One-On-One Coaching Package Rates:

Platinum Ultimate! SIX - 1 hour coaching sessions in one month. ONE - 15 minute follow up call per month.  Call may be scheduled as needed.  During these calls you can address any questions, hurdles, or break-throughs you've had.	$780.00
Gold Star! FOUR - 1 hour coaching sessions in one month. TWO -  15 minutes follow-up telephone calls per month. During these calls you can ask questions, share thoughts, breakthroughs, etc.	$575.00
Get Into Action! THREE - 1 hour coaching sessions in one month. TWO -  10 minute follow-up calls during which we can talk about questions, hurdles, etc.	$425.00
Consistency! TWO - 1 hour coaching sessions in one month.	$260.00
Single Session, subject to availability starts at $150.00 per session.

Maintenance - When you've made desired progress and do not need frequent coaching, but aren't ready to stop coaching, we can offer a monthly maintenance session at a special price.

Cost-Sharing Arrangements - If you would like to be group coached with another motivated person, contact me for a reduced rate.

Each Coaching Package Includes:

Energy/Chakra Balancing Bodywork

Different techniques of energy healing are known by many names: Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch, Quantum Touch, Reiki, Qi Gong, Polarity Therapy, ARCH (Ancient Rainbow Conscious - based on Hawaiian Shamanic healing techniques), etc. Each practitioner has their favorite methodology. I have received training in Reiki, Polarity, ARCH, and Qi Gong but can no longer call what I do by any specific name. Essentially, the practitioner uses a technique similar to the “laying on of hands” which uses Divine Source energy for healing and transformation and for guiding people back to Oneness.

The theory is that imbalances exist in our energetic bodies before they manifest as disease or dysfunction in the physical body. Ideally, we can correct imbalances before they become physical problems. For things that are already physical, treating them just on a physical plane might not eliminate them. It is like there is a template on the energetic level. Any physical manifestation naturally grows into the form of the template, just like a jelly forms into the shape of its mold. Certain things that we think are gone from our bodies can actually be sensed hanging around in the energetic bodies. For example, drugs (illicit or pharmaceutical) hang like a dense fog in the finer bodies.

Chakras

The chakra system has been outlined in many books. It originated in the East and has been used in Yogic traditions for thousands of years. Chakras are basically seven energy vortices situated down a vertical axis in the centre of the body. They are the instruments by which the body absorbs energy from the Universal Energy Field and uses it for its own functioning. Since each chakra affects different organs, glands, dimensions of our personality, etc., our physical health has a direct correlation to how well the chakras are balanced, since imbalance results in imbalance in our lives.  When the chakras are opened and balanced, people have an experience of feeling whole and connected to themselves.
